Today I would like to introduce you to a new weekly feature on our World In The Kitchen Blog. We have borrowed from our friends over at Relais & Chateaux for the title.
Each week we will introduce you to an inn or small hotel that is noted for its culinary arts. And who better to begin with than Relais & Chateaux? R&C is well known in France and the rest of Europe for the unique inns and restaurants where food takes on a whole new meaning in hospitality.
